*@user-jd8bl6dj4g* I was always one to argue that Eternal on a lot of instances alreadly really didn't looked like how you, or at least i for all i care, would expect a Doom Game to look like anymore. Take The World Spear for example or whatever it was called. Doom goes Picknick or what? That's not even mentioning that you were flying on a fucking purple Dragon in that level. I'm sorry but flying on a purple Dragon is anything to me but Doom. What the actual fuck? That new Doom the Dark Ages Trailer though? C'mon... It's painfully obvious that ID is way too afraid to release a game that has a different IP and instead they're now just cramping every idea they're having into a Doom branded game because the Doom IP sold/sells. Eventually the result will be a game that's as far away from your typical Doom Vibe that you'd expect as Dean Takahashi is from being a Pro Gamer. While i wasn't the biggest fan from Eternal's Gameplay Loop i can't say that i like that they, at least seemingly, completely went away from it. I'm certainly not hyped for the game or anything but i'm still somewhat curious to see how it pans out when the game's out.

@@clockner @clockner Yeah I totally agree with you. It doesn't feel like Doom, looks like any other fantasy fps which I'm honestly tired of. Not to mention Mick Gordon is no longer working on the soundtrack which is a huge loss imo. Let's hope the gameplay loop is fun at least.
